1. Overview of Our Products

Digital products may consist of original designs created by our in-house team, licensed content from other designers and artists, or AI-generated illustrations/text. Physical products are sourced and assembled by us or by trusted partners to ensure quality and safety.
While we take care to select and verify all items, some AI-generated or mass-created content may occasionally contain minor inconsistencies, logical errors, or visual quirks (such as mirrored text, overlapping elements, or slight structural oddities). These are unintentional and do not represent our quality standard. By using our site and purchasing products, you acknowledge that certain content may be created or enriched by automated tools and that slight imperfections may occur in rare cases.

You may browse the site freely, but to purchase products, view order history, or access downloadable content, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Digital Products are typically delivered in PDF format, and may occasionally include a TXT, ZIP, or external cloud storage link (e.g., Google Drive). All customers receive unlimited personal access to their files unless otherwise indicated.
4. Digital Product License – Unlimited Personal Use
All Digital products sold on this website are for personal use only. You may:
– Download the files to your own device or cloud storage
– Print them as many times as you’d like for yourself, your household, or classroom use
– Use them in educational, therapeutic, or recreational settings
You may not:
– Share, resell, redistribute, or gift the digital files to others
– Upload files to public forums, freebie sites, or marketplaces
– Print and sell the pages or modified versions as physical products
– Use our designs in commercial projects or mass distribution
This license does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. The designs remain the property of their original creator or license holder.
5A. Payments, Pricing & Refunds for Digital product
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR). We accept secure payments through integrated checkout systems. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed or the file has been accessed.

5B.Payments, Pricing & Refunds for Physical Product Orders
These terms apply to physical goods (kits, supplies, etc.) offered in the store, in addition to the general provisions above.
5B.1 Shipping and Delivery
Our physical products are shipped from our fulfillment centers located in Canada and Europe. Processing and delivery times are specified on each product page. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance.
5B.2 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. They are displayed in the cart before order confirmation and are payable by the customer, unless a promotional offer states otherwise.
5B.3 Risk and Ownership
The risk of loss or damage to physical products passes to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier. Ownership of the goods is transferred to the customer upon delivery, after full payment has been received.
5B.4 Right of Withdrawal (European Customers)
In accordance with European Union legislation, consumers have a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of their package to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us in writing (email to :support@synapseby.tech) before the deadline expires. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all accessories and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. Reimbursement of the product price will be made within fourteen (14) days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
5B.5 Refunds and Returns (Outside Europe)
For customers outside the European Union, returns are only accepted in case of defective products or errors on our part. No refund is granted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5B.6 Legal Warranty of Conformity
All our physical products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided for by Estonian law and, where applicable, by the mandatory provisions of the consumer’s country of residence. In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product, under the conditions set forth by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website — including product designs, site layout, graphics, written descriptions, and downloadable content — are protected by copyright. Some products are licensed from third-party artists or AI-generated under commercially permissible terms. Redistribution or unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.
We respect the rights of all content creators and vendors. If you believe that any item infringes on your rights, please contact us with evidence so we can take appropriate action.
7. Accuracy & Limitations of Content
We make every effort to ensure our product listings, previews, and descriptions reflect the actual contents accurately. However, because many of our products are generated using AI tools, and others are sourced or adapted from third-party creators, we cannot guarantee that every file will be flawless or perfectly refined.
Some items may:
– Include mirrored, nonsensical, or stylized text in sample outputs
– Contain visual quirks or abstract elements that result from generative design
– Reflect artistic or algorithmic variations not suited for all use cases
While these variations are part of the creative and exploratory nature of AI-generated content, they are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds. That said, if a product is completely unusable or has a critical issue, we’ll do our best to replace or fix it promptly.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the website or its content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
– Attempting to reverse-engineer or copy the site’s code
– Accessing content through unauthorized automation tools or bots
– Tampering with download links or manipulating files for resale
